The Regional Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful administration of our busy Beijing office. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, Northeast Asia, the Regional Office Manager plays a key role in the success of the Northeast Asia team by ensuring that all regional administrative tasks are carried out smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate on regional planning, reporting and budgeting process
• Manage regional PO and suppliers
• Manage administrative activities for three regional offices
• Co-ordinate activities and meetings of regional team and visits of Cambridge colleagues
• Act as PA to the Regional Director, Northeast Region

What we’re looking for

• A university graduate with excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Previous relevant experience of office administration, support or service, or PA
• A good level of numeracy
• IT literate
• Excellent time management
• Tact, diplomacy and patience
