Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree. Major in building electricity is preferred
• Fifteen (15) or more years of electrical engineering experience, with background in electronic field. Working experience in design institute is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the Chinese codes and other electrical standards. Familiar with international codes, such as NEC, IEEE, IEC, etc
• Knowledge and use professional softwares, such as SKM, ETAP, DiaLux, etc..
• Experience in environment impact study and energy code. Understanding of the LEED standards and process.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software. Experience in Revit or other BIM system is preferred.
• Functional experience with Microsoft Office applications (at least for Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent Mandarin: both written and vocal
• Fluent English: both written and vocal
• Be able to travel as required.

Duties:

• Researches and analyzes data such as client design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application
• Responsible for the whole electrical system including HV/MV/LV systems configuration, voltage drop, current-time coordination and relay protection study, equipment selection, grounding and lightning protection solution, lighting solution, etc. via professional study and calculations.
• Knowledge and experience in life safety, telephone and data systems.
• Uses computer assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering and design calculations and other engineering tasks.
• Develops equipment lists, material requisitions, specifications, package definition, report and other documents related to electrical equipment and system installation

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering works on projects including systems of HVAC and utility system for new construction and retrofits of the facilities in electronic, pharmaceutical, solar energy, general manufacturing, office buildings, etc. Acting as a Mechanical lead in projects.

• Independently manage technical, engineering and code compliance matter on the Mechanical work, making decision on engineering problems and methods
• Fully competent engineer in all conventional aspects of the subject matter in conceptual design, basic design and detailed design. Provides supervision and guidance in term of specific work objective and critical issues.
• Complex and unusual research on new methods, techniques, and process.
• Client recognition for competence.
• Communicate with client, other disciplines, design manager and project manager to develop plan and schedule, estimating accurate completion time of own assignment.
• Can work on proposals and contribute to client relationships and business development efforts.

Duties:

• Bachelor degree in HVAC& utility required;
• Have at least 15 years’ experience in design of manufacture l& life science & electronic industrial area HVAC & Utility systems.
• Be familiar with clean rooms air handling, general air-conditioning system, process exhaust and smoke exhaust system, chilled/ hot water piping and other mechanical building services systems in the electronic, pharmaceutical &life science fields and all necessary calculations writing technical specification etc
• Be familiar with Energy modelling and sustainable design work in HVAC & utility system
• Be familiar with Chinese local codes, ASHRAE, internal pharmaceutical & life science codes and specifications on HVAC& utility systems
• Good written and spoken English is required
• Can travel
