- At least 4 years of working experience in the medical industry in either clinical or commercial field, with 2 years in a sales or marketing role.

- Substantial direct experience in government tendering in the medical field; experience in medical equipment tendering preferred, pharmaceutical tendering also acceptable.

- Basic understanding of government protocol; experience interacting with government officials a plus.

- Strong project management and teamwork skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
