(SHANGHAI)Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead a dedicated team of accounts and admin staff to ensure the smooth running of daily operation.Responsibilities include month-end closing, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, working capital management, product costing, annual statutory audits, and review of operating results with department headsEnsure timely submission of management accountsOther responsibilities include reviewing and improving internal controls, work processes and ensuring compliance of group accounting policiesInvolved in liaising with bankers, auditors and regulatory departmentsRequirements:
