BLVD INC: Senior Landscape Architect

Job Description:

We are currently seeking Senior Landscape Architects to work on some of the most prestigious and internationally recognized projects within the region. This role is a vital and integral part of Landscape Department. The Senior Landscape Architects should be able to deliver creative Conceptual and Schematic Design solutions. Be capable of handling projects of different categories and scales, be able to express design philosophy and lead small team to complete project. Communicate effectively with client and solve all kinds of problems regarding schematic design and detail development.

Requirements:

• Producing innovative and practical landscape designs and graphics, both hand and computer generated, applicable to large-scale urban developments, renovations, enhancements and improvement projects.

• Leading, directing and managing small project teams with a collaborative approach to design and the production of deliverables.

• Coordinating with Clients and other consultants on project issues and deliverables.

• Ability to achieve desired results through self-direction and motivation.

• Proficiency in software packages AutoCAD, Photoshop or Corel, and Sketch-Up.

• Demonstrated experience undertaking hospitality, resort and/or public realm projects.

• English and Chinese bilingual ability is an advantage

-Pre-requisites:

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience.

Membership of a professional Landscape Architecture Association would be beneficial.
