WHO Our client, a highly respected restaurant, is seeking to hire a Chef de Cuisine to lead their world class establishment.

WHAT Reporting to the Hotel Executive Chef, you will be the culinary driving force of this award winning kitchen, working alongside a strong team delivering exceptional meals and memorable culinary experiences to discerning guests. You will be instrumental in managing the kitchen and providing daily guidance to the Sous Chef’s.

To be successful for the role, you must have the following skills & experience:

- Currently hold the role of Chef de Cuisine in a highly reputed restaurant (must be a Michelin, diamond or hatted restaurant)

- Able to lead an international culinary brigade

- Ability to manage a high paced, fine dining establishment with an international menu

- Excellent English language skills

- Hold relevant culinary qualifications

An expatriate salary is on offer. Monthly salary of $6000-6500 USD per month with other benefits is on offer to the successful candidate.
