Our client a small luxury hotel operator will open a 5 stat hotel in China. The hotel will have 350 bedrooms, 5 F&B outlets, a large meeting & event facility and a spa. The hotel will open in the 1st quarter of 2013. They require a Director of HR with specific experience working in China. A knowledge of operating 5 star international hotels will be essential as well as a fluency in spoken and written Mandarin. The candidate will be well connected in China with an extensive network in the region. At the same he/she will be able to put together a team and create a dynamic luxury environment through people.
