Chinese language proficiency.
Must have attended DLI (Defense Language Institute) and taken DLPT test, preferably within the last year. Scoring gradients are below.

Operational Linguists - Minimum Manpower Requirements List (MMRL):
1. Veteran - Minimum 10 years SIGINT experience. DLPT L3/R3
2. Senior - Minimum 7 years SIGINT experience. DLPT L3/R3
3. Native Speaker - No CT experience required. DLPT L3/R3 (most list proficiency as "Native" or "Fluent")
4. Language Professional (LP) - Minimum 4 years SIGINT and/or experience. DLPT L3/R3 (**In some cases will accept 3/2+ or 2+/3)
5. Journeyman - 1-4 years SIGINT experience. DLPT L2/R2

Note: For the resume to be considered Native, candidates must have completed their primary and secondary (junior high school and high school equivalent) in their native born country.

TASC is seeking a qualified Multi Source Support Specialist with Chinese Language capabilities. The ideal Multi-source candidate with solid language capabilities, knowledgable in reporting, and DNI. The analyst will have the ability to select pertinent data from a variety of sources to include SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, etc. MSSS analysts will not be performing highly technical analysis but must understand networking fundamentals and be able to collaborate and coordinate with technical analysts and policy makers to produce actionable intelligence reports.DNI experience is preferred. Candidate must be able to demonstrate competence with relevant CNO and SIGINT tools and databases used for the customer mission. Communication skills that include the ability to provide formal documentation of analysis and/or research results. Perform Internet Research Writing and editing skills at a technical/professional level. Manage internal and external customer relations. Be an effective writer and verbal communicator. Qualifications
Minimum of 4 continuous years of work experience in Chinese language translation and analysis. Combination of a minimum of 2 continuous years of work experience in Multi-Source analysis or related work experience and a Bachelors degree in an applicable field. Work experience shall include 4 years of Intelligence Community or related experience in Chinese language Analysis. Demonstrate competence with relevant CNO and SIGINT tools and databases used for the customer mission. Communication skills that include the ability to provide formal documentation of analysis and/or research results. Expertise in analyzing intelligence and technical data, analyzing exploitation opportunities, documenting information and processes, gathering intelligence information and interpreting analytical results. Perform Internet Research Writing and editing skills at a technical/professional level. Manage internal and external customer relations. Be an effective writer and verbal communicator. Knowledge of biologic and chemical terminology desired. BA degree is a plus.
