- Handle the calls from both customers and Field Engineers.
- Offer the technical solution or support to field engineer remotely.
- Contribute to service productivity project.
- Perform proactive system test to find potential problem and perform preventive maintenance for customer remotely
- Manage remote service knowledge database
- Execute technical training to field engineer as required
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Biomedical engineering, Electronic engineering or Computer science.
- At least 2 year working experience as engineer. It is better to have working experience on ECG/EKG, Anesthesia or Ventilator device.
- Familiar with network infrastructure. It is better to have working experience on network commissioning.
- Good communication skills
