Optical Engineer - Polysense Technologies - Santa Clara, CA
Requirements (education, skills, licenses)
Master or PhD degree in Optical Science, Optical Engineering, or related technical field.3+ years’ experience in optical laboratory or industry. Experience in fiber Bragg gratings, OTDR, fiber optic components is a plus.Proficiency in use of standard fiber optic test instrument such as tunable laser, OSA, power meter, etc.Experience with PCB design and debugging.Demonstrated knowledge and use of software applications such as Matlab. Linux skills is a plus.Technical presentation and writing skills in optical engineering context.Chinese language proficiency preferred.Responsibilities & purpose of this job
