You will be an accomplished and professional operator, with previous international experience at Director of Food & Beverage. This prestigious hotel operation has seven food & beverage outlets and very large conference & banqueting and event catering facilities. It is essential therefore that you are experienced in managing large teams.


You will be committed to excellence, to ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, whilst recognising that profitability is essential to future success. Our client is particularly searching for young up and coming managers, ideally with prior experience in Asian marketplace and excellent people management skills. You will be a motivator, persuader, influencer and a diplomat, with a stable yet progressive career path and a true passion for food & beverage operations.


Our client is specifically looking for someone with previous China experience


Previous international hotel experience is essential


Experience of large volume conference and banqueting operations


Hands on with strong coaching and training skills


You will be creative and innovative with experience of change management


Excellent product knowledge and totally familiar of current market trends


Immaculate personal presentation with true leadership skills


A mover and shaker, able to challenge existing, established practises


Single or married status but schooling is not provided


You must be able to demonstrate stability and have been with your current employer at least two years. (Candidates with less experience or that have moved frequently will not be considered).
