Finance Controller Job (Beijing, BeiJing, China)


- Responsible for Controllership of $280M Operations of Asia Service Parts Distribution Center

- Lead monthly closing process to ensure it is timely and properly closed

- Provide accurate and timely statutory reporting to ensure all financial statement are properly stated

- Lead related SOX testing and implementation

- Lead the account reconciliation process. Review and maintain zero un-reconciled accounts and disconnects.

- Manage and develop India and China based accounting team members

- Closely work with Global/Asia Controllership and Tax teams to tackle controllership issues

- Communicate with internal & external auditor when needed, support company pre-close submission

- Lead Asia service supply chain base cost rigor, sub-regions financial analysis and operation decision making support.

- Lead base cost financial planning cycles for Asia service supply chain, like GPB, Session II and Operating Plan in co-ordination with the functions and APAC, China and India svc supply chain regions.

- Lead base cost integration/recast/simplification projects per required by Global/Asia service supply chain strategies

- Liaison with sub-region tax team to mitigate cost tax trigged by internal cross charge

- Manage monthly estimation, closing and reporting of actual quarterly results. Provide insightful analysis of VOP and VPY for Asia svc supply chain on quarterly basis.

- Work with local HR on Asia Svc Supply Chain monthly headcount reporting and mapping

- Provide financial data to finance and operating teams in an effort to drive growth

- Providing necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers; Identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities

- Work with Finance Managers and operations leaders to drive opportunities for improvement in variable cost, base cost, controllership processes where possible

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

4. Charted Accountant or have solid accounting background
