Payroll Specialist Job (Shanghai, ShangHai, China)
- Be responsible for payroll related system access control, ensure payroll data confidential and secure
- Ensure timely and accurate deliver day to day payroll operation (defined region), 100% align both local and global compliance
- Drive vendor delivery per SLA and manage vendor performance through centralization & simplification
- Collect monthly payroll metrics and tracker the operational status
- Handel payroll enquiries from employee and follow up with related parties
- Review as-is process, identify & lead improvement plan by implementing lean methodology, drive operation excellence- Bachelor degree or an equivalent experience;
- Independent worker with strong execution;
- Good change management, apt to work under pressure
- Passion on learning, clear thinker
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
- Fluent in English & Chinese mandarin;
- Skillful in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PPT;Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
