This leading international award winning practice is looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Project Manager to be based in their Shanghai office and be the focal point for their design team. Your main responsibility is to provide them with practical advice in all code and building issues. This is a growing office within a respected organisation so this is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded and professional Project Manager to join a world renowned design firm.

As Project Manager,you will be working closely alongside the Architects so the ability to chair design meetings, contribute to the office as a whole and to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally is essential.

To be considered for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate that you possess the ability to undertake the above responsibilities, legally be able to work in Shanghai, possess extensive knowledge of Shanghai contractors, hold a formal Project Management qualification, be totally fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) and have a proven track record within the project management sector working on high profile schemes.
