[Full-time] Accounts Payable Supervisor at Ingram Micro
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for AP-Interco transaction and monthly Interco reconciliation in accordance with accounting principles.
2. Vendor set up and payment controlling, such as the payee code set up, vendor master file maintain, vendor payment review and approval, etc.
3. Responsible for AP weekly forecast and other weekly AP reporting work per schedule.
4. Month end closing entries and system uploading, ensure the monthly closing within the deadline with the high job quality.
5. Responsible for Statuary book AP entries and complete reconciliation between management book and Statuary book before deadline.
6. Responsible for monthly AP reporting, such as monthly balance sheet breakdown, monthly input VAT reports, AP internal control reports, etc.
7. Assist with the management to Ensure AP work in Compliance with corp. policies and procedures and AP team co-operation.
8. Other jobs management arranged

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years Accounts payable experience and 1year management experience in MNC Company.
2. Major in Accounting or Finance, bachelor degree.
3. High numeric and analytical skills. Ability to work independently.
4. Ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically.
5. Excellent inter personal skills with proven ability to influence internal and external parties.
6. Ability to take on a broad spectrum of work under pressure and to deliver in agreed timescales.
7. Positive attitude towards colleagues.
