Schedule: Tue-Saturday, some evenings may be required

Plan to be with your class from 8:30am - 3:00pm

2 foreign instructors per class, 12 students + 12 parents

Compensation and Benefits

15,000 - 22,000RMB/month, depending on qualifications and experience

Salary includes housing allowance which will be tax free if you can provide a fapiao

Paid holidays: Chinese government holidays, 4 weeks for summer & 2 weeks for Christmas.

Requirements:
A background in music or theater is helpful

All instructors play an instrument, if you can't, they'll teach you to play some piano or guitar

Native English Language speaker

1+ years classroom kindergarten experience required

BA degree or above

Teaching license or TEFL training certificate required

Degree in education preferred

Age required: 24 - 55

An active team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work closely with local co-teacher

Summary:
Mommy & me classes are a fun interactive way for parents to spend time with their children while helping them to develop physically, mentally & emotionally. The right candidate should be fun, with lots of energy and comfortable finding ways to communicate with the parents even through the language barrier.

Training is paramount and you'll spend your first 10 weeks of employment only shadowing existing instructors and preparing to lead your own class. We feel the training and personal development is a great benefit of this teaching position.
