Clerical for Yard Services - Bisson Moving and Storage/Transportation - Skowhegan, ME

Bisson Transportation is a provider of Yard Service Operations for the Paper Mill in Skowhegan, Maine. We are currently looking for office support. Job duties include: – Yard inventory of all trailers in all of the drop lots depending on assigned schedule – Compile inventory information, generates trailer inventory report, and faxes report to predetermined recipients – Enters and verifies data in computer system, tracking the status of all loaded and empty trailers – Yard checks as assigned (generally 2 per shift) – Follow SAPPI mill and Bisson policies and procedures while on property – Open doors to trailers to be loaded to assist the drivers – Slide tandems on trucks backing in to be loaded – Prep trailers to assist the drivers Job Requirements: Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Prior office experience. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Prior experience in the transportation field a plus.
