Full Time Job DescriptionThe role will work as Chinese Patent Agent to review engineering projects, protect inventions, and prevent infringement of IP (Intellectual Property) rights of the company.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all patent tasks of one or more BUs (Business Units) of Johnson Electric, including: Support lead IP counsel to develop IP strategy with BU goal and also implement the strategy Provide advice to BU management on all IP (Intellectual Property) related affairs Develop and execute IP risk control approaches for division Deal with regular IP affairs, such as patent drafting, prosecution, patent search, freedom-to-operate, and patentability analysis etc. Academic & Personal Qualification Bachelor or above degree, major in Engineering or Legal Chinese patent agent certificate (or passing the examination) is a plus Above 6 years solid experience in dealing with Chinese patent cases, skillful in patent drafting, prosecution, patent search, freedom-to-operate, and patentability analysis Experience in dealing with US, Europe and Japanese cases is a plus Working experience in company and engineering experience are advantages Good analytical skills and well organized Good command of English Other Important Information Opportunity to work for a global leader in micro-motors, motion subsystems and actuators Dynamic and teamwork environment Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.ContactInterested parties please send your resume with covering letter in MS Word format, stating current or last and expected salary to recruitment.hk@johnsonelectric.com quoting the position and reference number |
