  • Lead a small Sales Team to achieve at least 100% of sales and revenue target.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to promote full range of RMS products and services to existing and potential customers.

  • Explore and identify market opportunities and respond within corporate guidelines through products and/or delivery systems, adaptation or customization so that profit and growth objectives are met.

  • Recruit, manage, motivate and train up own sales team. Monitor sales performance and evaluate standards of performance according to company guidelines.

  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth communication with all other functions within HDBC, including Operation team, Finance, HR and IT teams.


Position Requirements

  • Experienced sales in multinational environment for over 5 years, 2 years people management / sales management experience

  • Excellent knowledge in Guangdong market and Private Enterprises

  • Experience in solution selling

  • Experience in sales strategy planning

  • Experience in direct sales and new customer acquisition

  • Experience in people management

  • University degree

  • Fluent in English (written and oral)

  • Computer skills
