Shipping Coordinator - J/R Metal Frames - Belgrade, ME

J/R Metal Frames is seeking a shipping coordinator. We are looking for someone who has great customer service and communication skills, shows strong attention to detail, and can easily multitask. You must be skilled with computer and office equipment (fax, scanner, multi-line phone system) the ideal candidate will have previous shipping experience or experience with LTL shipping and strong mathematical skills.

Daily tasks will include:

• Answering phones


• Scanning orders into our system


• Supplying customers with shipping information


• Shopping around for the most efficient price and method of shipping


• Scheduling trucks


• Creating shipping forms for national and international shipping


• Calculating weights and truck space needed for shipments

Part time hours Monday-Friday with potential for full time hours
