We are a leading global provider of flexible printed circuit and value-added component assembly solutions to the global telecommunications industry.We are now looking for dynamic individuals to be based in our China office (located at Suzhou) as:DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE

Responsibilities:

You will assist the MD of China in designing and developing manufacturing strategy to systematically improve and sustain the effectiveness/efficiency of China manufacturing operations in order to achieve high performance business results. This involves organization diagnostic, process re-engineering, change management and utilization of proven methodologies (e.g. lean, six sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, Ford 8D, Kaizen, etc.) to create a manufacturing operations excellence culture.You will work with Chief Strategy Office, China Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources to formulate key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions. You will provide thought leadership in leading edge lean and industrial engineering methodologies.You will drive the existing and new systems/tools/best practices to support multiple key initiative project teams in achieving world class manufacturing operations excellence level measured through key performance indicators. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and Discipline: 5 S Housekeeping in all operations/departments/functions.You will synthesize data from multiple sources (Financial, Operations, procurement, Quality, Human Resources, and Energy) to conduct efficiency gap analysis. Provide consolidated information to management for business decision, such as, return on investment, product cost and pricing, etc.You will involve in the formulation and implementation of manufacturing capability build up roadmap. Conduct training and coaching for Six Sigma Black Belts and Lean Sensei.Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with post graduate qualification in MBA. Background in management consulting preferredMinimum 12 years working experience with increasing job responsibility and successful track records in large scale enterprise wide transformation. Exhibit strong customer focus and accountable for significant results with highest work quality standardWork experience in large scale Multi-national Corporation in similar position and/or well-established consultancy is essential. Ability to conduct data analysis with proper methods and application softwareObtained certification or expertise in the following tools and techniques: Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Sensei, Project Management Professional, Kepner Tregoe, Change Management, etc. Continue to learn new knowledge and keep up to date with the latest technology trends and development in Flexible Printed Circuit/Assembly area. MFLEX, one of the largest U.S. based flexible circuit manufacturers, seeks a business-oriented, self-starting attorney for Suzhou, China location, to provide comprehensive legal support and advice for China, and other Asian-based operations.DIVISION COUNSEL / SENIOR COPORATE COUNSEL - SUZHOU, CHINA

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to negotiate, draft and review a variety of commercial contracts such as customer supply, vendor, lease, real estate, hardware and software, outsourcing, licensing, employment, benefits, financial, government, procurement and others as needed.   You will also act as the keeper of corporate records for China and other Asian based operations.  In addition, you will assist in special projects and other matters as needed to support the General Counsel.  Other key responsibilities include review and negotiation; corporate record keeping; dispute resolution as well as counseling of internal business parties. Requirements:
