Responsibilities: - Establish & manage a Quality Assurance Function in mass production, development, system & general support; develop - Quality System & Quality plans while providing leadership role in the development of Quality Managers & staffs in the organization.
- Provide ongoing support to both internal & external customers for Quality & Reliability concerns; develop & implement & manage system of KPI for management efficiency & drive continuous improvement activities using Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, TCM & other similar strategies.
