Our Client is a multinational company headquartered in USA, which designs, manufactures, markets and services a complete line of advanced analytical instruments and systems for testing solutions for the customers from different industry.

Job Description

- Establish placement business sales and management system

- Identify and target customer and focused on growth opportunity, evaluation, selection, and agreement signing

- Identify current market situation, initiate market research and analysis for placement business

- Work with all levels within regional sales team to develop and maintain action plans for sales, service, support, and business development.

The Successful Applicant

- BA or BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, Electronics, Biology, Environment Sciences, or equivalent experience.

- MBA will be a plus

- Minimum of 5 years experience in placement business in MNC

- Willing and able to travel extensively

- Good communicator in both mandarin and English

- Native Chinese

Purpose of the role:

The role is to serve the needs of Microsoft overall, across the BGs and SMSG.
Roles and responsibilities:
§ Communicate and work with different BGs and Segments to define and validate data points and set business roles
§ Define and evaluate business analysis scope, solutions and recommendations based on assigned scope and topics with guidance from supervisor
§ Capable of using SQL BI to build financial model
§ Can independently collecting data from various sources from other functions and perform analysis to provide business insights
§ Provide prompt report of key insights to supervisors
§ Facilitate meetings by providing backup information of key analysis and insights

Requirements:

§ 5-8 years of related experience, proficient with SQL and Excel
§ Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) above
§ "Business Leadership: excellent analytical problem solving skills, including developing industry trends, market insights, competitive dynamics and customer behaviors; abilities to develop quantitative modeling; solid project management skills for both internal teams, cross-functional virtual teams as well as teams that include external partners/customers/vendors
§ Marketing Leadership: Experience in Internal and External Communication both oral and written in English and Mandarin
§ Operational Excellence: Great orchestration, managing complex processes, Excellent ability to connect people, processes and drive cross-group collaboration
§ People Leadership: Experience leading without Position Power. Ability to drive consensus across conflicting groups
§ People Leadership: Impact and Influence
§ Excellent Analytical Problem Solving skills
§ Ability of Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
§ Project Management
