My client is an established boutique financial consultancy company dealing solely with the professional expatriate community. They are one of the leading independent financial brokers for International clients in the Far East and around the world.

They provide financial services and products including wealth management, offshore investments, tax planning, insurance, retirement, education planning, stock trading and trusts.

The company are looking to recruit an experienced manager to open and manage a new office in Beijing and also a Senior Consultant whose primary role is to produce business via suitable and ethical financial advice. The role requires meeting clients, overseeing the creation of financial proposals (sometimes complex) and putting them into action. Ongoing quarterly and ad hoc Account Management is also necessary in your role as is professional integrity, the ability to present, network and close business.

A successful, motivated and driven candidate will lead to the most competitive compensation package in the off-shore industry, which includes ownership within three years (on targets achieved) in addition to a real career path and further education opportunities.

Previous financial or management experience would be a distinct advantage for faster progression and you’ll have a proven track record of business development success through either giving quality financial advice gained in either a regulated environment or a senior business background in a multinational organisation.

The ideal candidate will be well educated and have high level of communication skill, highly motivated with entrepreneurial flair, a sales or financial background and of course a desire to work abroad.
