Service Associate (Teller) Waterville - Five County Credit Union - Waterville, ME

Provide high quality service to credit union members. Process transactions and handle inquiries with professionalism, accuracy and efficiency in compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records. Ensure confidentiality of member records and transactions. Assist members with inquiries and concerns. Explain and cross-sell the full range of financial products and services to members. Perform other duties as needed. The successful candidate will have a positive, friendly, professional attitude and appearance. Reliable transportation is a must since reporting to work on time is an important requirement of this job. Good attendance is a must. Basic math and computer skills are necessary. We will ask for Credit Report. Pre-employment testing will be done. *Training to be done in Bath at our Main Branch or at Topsham Branch for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Work a full-time job in three, 12 hours shifts per week, you will work a rotating schedule of M, W, F one week and T, Th, Sat. the next. Work a 12-hour day and have tomorrow off! Have a 3-day weekend every other week!
