Warehouse Supervisor job - Stepan Company - China, ME

Develop relevant guidelines and procedures (e.g. off-loading procedure,bonded & non-bonded inventory management procedure, off-spec. materialsmanagement procedure, etc.).

Coordinates with Function of Production Planning & Inventory Controlfor the shipment forecasts for both local and export requirements.

3)

Regular coordination with Production for the completion of productionplans and shipment schedules.

4)

Coordinates with Function of Production Planning & Inventory Controlthe ordering and receiving of raw materials and supplies, considering bill ofmaterials and capacity of storage tank.

5)

Ensures that materials loading and unloading activities are inaccordance with the ISO standards and the prescribed company procedures.

6)

Ensures accuracy of documents related to local and export shipments(e.g. Invoice, Packing List, and other related docs requirements regulated byGovernment and Customers’ special shipping documentary requirement).

7)

Plans and schedules workflow for each unit operation and other relatedmanufacturing operations to serve as a guide to Team Members (as necessary)

Coordinates disposal of out-of-spec. materials and returned/obsoletematerials

9)

Ensure periodical stocktaking and investigate/justify possiblediscrepancies between accounts data and the actual.

10)

Incorporate company’s 3rdparty warehouse/distribution and company’ stoller warehouse into company’soverall warehousing & distribution and manage them as per company’srequirements properly.

11)

Acts as the focal person toattends and resolve shipping/ transport issues (both local and exportshipments) with carriers, port authorities and customers when needed.

12)

Ensures on-time deliveryschedules are achieved through tracking/ tracing system required from thirdparty service providers (forwarders, brokers, shipping agents, and the like).

13)

Performs supplierassessment audit on packaging and transport companies.

14)

Ensure proper maintenanceof equipment, warehouse and tank farm facilities.

Required Experience

3-5 years related working experience required.
