Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Acing as head of legal in the legal department, you will lead a team and manage external counsel to provide legal support to business where necessary. In terms of dairy work, you are supposed to draft, review and negotiate strategic business agreements and transactions, to comment on the advertising and marketing materials. You should manage or support the management of disputes and litigations. At the same time, you need to establish compliance process and drafting legal policy manual and guidelines and provide legal and compliance training to the business teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

To consider this role, you should have a law degree with at least 10 yrs legal experience gained both law firms and MNCs, PRC qualified lawyer is a must. If you had experience with food and beverage industry is highly preferred. We hope you have commercial minded, being able to communicate with senior management directly and can fluently speak Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus.
