- Cooperate w/ project and global team to define customer requirements; participate in system/subsystem design, requirements flow down w/ component engineer (HW and SW) in GE and partner engineering team

- Lead and cooperate with cross function team to complete the system/subsystem validation, fault diagnosis, configuration, documentation, and validation both in the lab and on site for pilot/products. Generating system specifications, FMEA's, Critical to Quality (CTQ) scorecards, traceability matrix, validation plans and procedures.

- Cooperate w/ service team to prioritize top technical/product performance issues in fleets, and identify product performance improvement opportnities, generate control/containment solution and drive for final fix

- Interface with global team, cross function team customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and field service to tracking and improvement the system availability, stability, serviceability and maintainability.

- Leading the design team and design control process from requirements development and design planning to design transfer

- Leading the design team in the development of verification and validation planning and execution

- Developing requirements flow down, architecture/system design and analysis, risk analysis, integration and test, manufacturing, field and customer support including corrective and preventative actions to ensure customer satisfaction

- Driving the architecture, vision and design requirements for the product all the time balancing implementation complexity, product cost, risks, manufacturability, serviceability and quality
