Position Summary

In this role you will: Solve for customers and deliver an experience so profound that customers love using our products and services and actively recommend them to others;Do the right thing for the customer. Ensure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to run their business;Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve for customer issues and continuously improve our processes.Responsibilities Assisting customers in any consultation regarding your point of sale terminal payment solutions;Make outbound calls to customers who spoke out of hours service and follow up cases that require;Check daily batch report calls pending for output, closure of the same or generate work orders;Responsible for displaying your passion for issue resolution and customer service, by engaging and supporting your customers;Working with windows and client systems to ensure you’re relaying the right info;And Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications Bilingual in Chinese required;Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn our products;Basic computer skills including MS office suite;Detail oriented, the ability to properly document and create customer call notes in a computer system using multiple screens of data;Excellent communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email;Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment;Previous experience in customer service, financial services or call center experience is helpful;

Salary
Commensurate with experience.
