Our client, an international consultancy firm, offers the services in design and project management looking for the Clerk of Works to join their China team for their large scale mix used projects in Dalian China. This position required to station in Dalian China.

Job Description

As the Clerk of Works, you will act as the representative of the developer and employed by the Architect on a contract basis (of approximately 36 months) to perform site supervisory duties, inspections, to attend site meetings, to coordinate building works, to ensure all site works/workmanship are of good quality and are in compliance with the contract drawings, specifications and approved drawings. You are required to have good knowledge of construction details, curtain wall and external cladding details and construction methods.

To apply this job, you must have a Hong Kong Polytechnic or T.I. Diploma / HC in Building or Building Studies, or equivalent and required to have at least 10 years experience in the Clerk of Works capacity or at least 5 years experience as an on-site inspector. You should have experience in the supervision of work carried out under contracts for superstructure, curtain wall and external cladding installation, interior fitting out works. You must good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English is also required. This position required to station in Dalian.
