Our client, a global architectural design firm, offers the services in architecture design, interior design, landscape, master planning, and urban design looking for the Associate / Senior Architect / Architect to join their China team for their large scale commercial projects and luxury hotels in China. This position required to station in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Dalian or Foshan.

Job Description

Report to the Director, you will be responsible for project design, the contract administration and/or project management (Strong in contract administration) for mix-used buildings, large commercials, hotels projects and luxury shopping malls in China.

To apply this job, you should hold the degree in Architectural with at least 4-12 years relevant experience in shopping malls, hotels or office projects (mall / hotel, office) in China or Hong Kong. This position required to station in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Dalian or Foshan.
