Customer Service Rep, $12/hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for a successful family-owned company in Gardiner! Enjoy working with a variety of people in an exciting, fast-paced environment while putting your accuracy skills to use!

Your duties may include:

*Assisting customers and the sales team in ordering products

*Conducting account research as necessary

*Responding to a variety of inquiries, requests, and complaints over the phone, in writing, and in person

*Preparing and maintaining records and reports in an accurate, timely manner

The successful candidate will:

*Possess excellent communication skills

*Be very customer service oriented

*Have good attention to detail and the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy

*Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a full time, temp to hire position with a Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm schedule.
