Our client is a globally well established name within market research, looking for a Research Director to oversee the growing team and diverse portfolio of accounts.

This position will be based in China, Shanghai.

The Research Director will have overall responsibility to win business and maintain close and healthy relationship with clients. You will manage the project management team and lead multilple market research projects to deliver prompt and high quality results that meet clients’ needs and objectives. Furthermore, you will be involved in business planning for the company in conjunction with other directors.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Manager or Director, with a strong background in research within an agency environment, a keen business acumen and solid management experience.

You will be confident in managing senior client relationships, and have an outstanding track record in business development. A passion for research work and the ability to inspire and influence is essential.
