Our client is one of the key global players and market leaders shaping the technology industry, and they are seeking a Strategy Director to head their strategic initiatives.

This position will be based within China.

The Strategy Director will build strong networks with and influence internal and external senior and other stakeholders across diverse functions for the purpose of crafting, guiding and overseeing the execution of strategic plans that drive commercial value and impact business. To do so, you need to engage key personnel to clarify business objectives, identify strategic potential and direction, and discover opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at a post-graduate degree, with at least 8 to 9 years of experience in a strategy role within a leading management consultancy or global company within the industry, with strong expertise in research, business analytical skills and commercial acumen. High leadership skills, and influencing and collaborative skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate concepts and insights in an effective and convincing manner.
