International Telecom Service Provisioner job - CenturyLink - China, ME

• Responsible for Service Delivery of customer orders (new install, change and disconnect) for International network services including MPLS VPN, Direct Internet Access and Private Lines.
  

• Process 3rd party orders for international circuits, local loops and cross-connections
  

• Liaise with International 3rd party suppliers to follow up circuit delivery.
  

• Coordinate site survey, CPE install, online activation and hot-cut with implementation team, supplier and customer.
  

• Help installation trouble shooting to ensure service delivery.
  

• Provide detailed and comprehensive installation status and external order upload to production online system.
  

• Circuit design and record in our internal database
  

Job Location in Wan Chai

Requirements:

• 3 years of work experience- Experience in Telecommunication industry and Network services are preferred
  

• Fluent command of the English language is a must , Mandarin preferable
  

• Motivated and confident individual who is capable of working independently
  

• Responsible individual who is committed to follow through tasks and customer requests
