Access Worldwide Communications, Inc. has two immediate openings for enthusiastic team players to


assist and support our growing National Sales Team in Augusta, Maine.


MONDAY – FRIDAY


Wage: $11.37/hour


NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS


Job Description:
Handle inbound customer service calls from customers while maintaining necessary service level

Create support cases according to customers request and/or service issue

The order manager will either complete the request or work with submitting rep to clarify the customer’s request and/or service issue

Communicate with direct order mangers concerning specific customer requests and/or service issues that require special attention and/or escalation


Requirements:
Experience within a call center/customer service environment

Ability to multi-task and keep an orderly, efficient work space

Excellent communication skills Understanding of the importance of providing quality customer service at all times

Must be very dependable and able to work until 8pm ongoing

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required

Able to pass a criminal background check prior to hire
