Overview:

Our Client currently has exciting opportunities and are looking to recruit Quality Assurance Specialists from the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or FMCG sector based in numerous countries across the Asia Pacific region including China, India, Japan, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong.

About the role:

Applicants will be part of a dynamic team of specialists involved in developing the strategy, building Assessor and Tutor capacity, client acquisition, technical support and service delivery of Pharma GMP, GDP, GCP, GDP-MD and other related ISO Standards (9000, 14000, 18000, 13485, Business Continuity Management) and client specific supplier assessment such as Rx360.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Healthcare-Pharma sector understanding of Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) , Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and relevant regulations concerning the manufacturing, testing, packaging, and distribution of products and their active ingredients.


• Support the development of standard operating procedures for the sector and client specific GMP/GDP/GCP/GDP-MD or Quality compliance Standards, checklists, guidance documents and training material for clients.


• Conduct onsite assessments and/or training activities, for GMP, GDP, GCP, GHP, ISO Standards or other client specific requirements as defined by the sector

THE CANDIDATE:

To be successful in this role you need to thrive in a process driven, fast pace, customer focused environment and have the ability to make impartial decisions, quickly and efficiently, based on facts. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to remain calm whilst managing numerous priorities. Good IT and systems skills are essential.

You will also be:

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level in Chemistry, Biology, and Engineering,


• Minimum 5 years work experience in Healthcare/Pharma sector or equivalent (equivalent means working with the applicable GMP’s supplying materials directly to the Healthcare/Pharma industry).


• Experience in conducting and delivering assessments, including GMP, GDP, GCP, HACCP,QA/QC, Compliance is essential, as is experience with Healthcare/Pharmaceutical and FMCG.


• In-depth know-how of specific GMP/HSE topics such as Industrial Hygiene, Biological or Chemical Hazard, Hazardous Waste Management, and Process Safety Management, together with the associated regulatory environment required.


• Experienced presenter who is able to deliver training on GMP,GDP, GCP, ISO 13485 or other industry specific courses for in-house and public training courses would be highly regarded

Qualification to any three (3) of the below standards would be highly regarded

o GMP, GDP, GCP, GDP-MD for Healthcare, Medicine or FMCG sector

o ISO 13485 Good Manufacturing Practice for Medical Devices

o HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)

o ISO 9000 (Quality)

o OHSAS 18000 (Occupational Health and Safety)

o ISO 14000 (Environment)

o Supplier Verification to client specific programs (Quality, Safety, OHSE, CSR, Security)

o Tutor Training with Train the Trainer (TTT) Qualification for any of the above schemes
