1st Shift Warehouse Manager job - Pine State Trading Co (A leader in Warehousing, Distribution and Servicing) - Gardiner, ME

Purpose :
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all day warehouse operations including receiving, product put away, replenishment, warehouse cleanliness and safety for the Convenience Store Division.

Position Responsibilities:

• Reviews operational flow throughout the shift. Communicates with area supervisors to gauge progress and reach completion of all assigned duties by end of shift.


• Deals effectively and fairly with employee issues making sure consistent practices are followed.


• Provides instruction, discipline, coaching, mentoring, and motivation as needed to maintain morale and encourage team work, pride and quality performance.


• Promotes a safe work environment, processing all accidents in a timely manner and documents all safety related work.

Position Requirements :

• 2 to 4 years of distribution warehouse management experience including the supervision of functional operation areas.


• 2 or 4 year Degree in Business preferred.Must be highly organized, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
