Assistant Interior Design Manager (27706894)

One of the Prestigious Developer is looking for Assistant Interior Design Manager to be responsible for it’s large shopping center in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate with external design consultants to produce suitable design
• Check design detail drawings including selection of materials and make recommendations
• Support the process of tendering and recommendation for award as well as contract administration
• Supervise site interior works
• Handover of premises including monitoring of defect rectification

Requirements:

• University / Polytechnic / Design Institution qualification in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in retail / commercial project design with major developers / consultants
• Innovative, creative and possess strong design skills
• Good at interior detailing
• Good CAD and Photoshop presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
