Associates Degree Preferred This position will assist the Workplace Health wellness program manager and director in the implementation and administrative support of MGH’s wellness program and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Competencies
- Associate’s degree, Community Health Education or related field, preferred
- 1-3 years in an administrative support position, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent organizational, oral and communications skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications and c omputer skills.
- Ability to work independently, effective time management and problem solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations.
- Requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone presence
