Assistant Wellness Program - MaineGeneral Health - Augusta, ME

  • This position will assist the Workplace Health wellness program manager and director in the implementation and administrative support of MGH’s wellness program and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications/Competencies


    • Associate’s degree, Community Health Education or related field, preferred

    • 1-3 years in an administrative support position, preferably in a healthcare setting

    • Excellent organizational, oral and communications skills.

    • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

    • Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications and c omputer skills.

    • Ability to work independently, effective time management and problem solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

    • Ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations.

    • Requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

    • Exceptional customer service skills and phone presence
