This is a Singapore based property investment company with its core business in Property Investment in Residential and commercial buildings. Their recent expansion in China has created the new opportunities for the competent candidate to join their group for their existing and incoming projects in Shanghai, and other South China Area.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project development from inception to completion
• Ensure all design, construction, budget and material selection meet the quality and company requirements
• Monitor and coordinate with external consultancy and contractors

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related discipline
• Over 10 years of solid working experiences especially with property developer or consulting firms.
• Previous experiences in China property development is an added advantage
• Good communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese
• This position must be station in South China.
• The candidate with less experience could be considered as Assistant Manager
