Senior HR Manager (C&B) (27689062)
An international organization is looking for the below talent to join their head office in Shenzhen.
• International company
• Based in Shenzhen
• Senior Management Position
• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions, with main focus on supervising the C&B functions
• Assist in reviewing / formulating/ maintaining effective C&B strategies, policies and procedures
• Provide professional C&B services & advices including payroll management, job grading, annual salary review, budgeting, compensation proposals, retirement schemes, insurance benefits, bonus/ incentive schemes, etc.
• Conduct various salary & benefit surveys to keep abreast of market practices and latest trend for management attention
• Prepare regular C&B management reports
• Plan, supervise and monitor C&B projects implementation and achievement of KPI
• Work closely with IT on payroll system efficiency management, system enhancement and improvement
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and related projects as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• Min. 8 – 10 years’ solid experience in providing all-rounded HR services in sizable organizations with 3 years at supervisory level
• Sound knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices and HRIS applications
• Familiar with China Employment Ordinance & other related legal requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Excel is essential
• Hands on experience in Peoplesoft an advantage
