Transportation Team Leader - MESCA Freight Services - Hallowell, ME

MESCA Freight Services is looking for an energetic, driven individual to lead our LTL/volume department of MESCA Transport Services, the brokerage division of MESCA Freight Services. This is a supervisory position responsible for; process execution, staff training, and overall customer service, and carrier support. This position also recommends, develops, and enhances operational procedures in order to improve internal processes and customer service to all business partners.

• 2-5 years of customer service experience.


• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.


• Logistics or brokerage experience is a plus.


• Excellent verbal and written skills.


• Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft applications.


• Positive attitude and the ability to lead a team.


• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
