Office Manager – Shanghai
Matteo Thun Design Rodriguez China has a vacancy for an Office Manager for its premises in Shanghai.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, an energetic multi-tasker with a positive attitude who is able to resolve problems and makes things happen.. He/she will be responsible for Office and Project Management, including financial management, workforce management and administration.

Furthermore, he/she will be in charge of developing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

– Minimum 5 years plus of proven professional experience in a similar role

– Excellent project management skills and ability to lead a small team
– Ability to manage several projects at the same time respecting deadlines
– Excellent knowledge of budget and time planning

– Sales experience in the design field would be advantageous
– Chinese mother tongue (or equivalent), fluent in English; Italian is a plus
