[Full-time] Community Manager - Beijing or Mountain View at Zerozero

2. Community Manager


Job Responsibilities:


l Responsible for setting strategy for how to reply to comments from with the social media community.


l Replying to customer feedback on social media sites


l Replying to emails from customers about the product.


l Responsible for setting customer service strategy including the workflow.


l Responsible for building the core user community (beta testing group) and managing this community


l Responsible for keeping an eye on people discussing the product on the web (forums, other social media channels, blog comments, etc.) and then reporting product feedback back to the PMs.


l Responsible for creating and/or updating the FAQ sections and other knowledgebase materials


Job Requirements:


l 1 year of experience (full-time or internship) preferred managing digital communities


l Cooperate with the Social Media Manager in developing the communications strategy and growing engagement on social media and other platforms for community engagement


l Cooperate with the Social Media Manager to track and analyze community engagement


l Use online listening tools to monitor the web for discussions or feedback about the product and report this feedback back to the Product Manager or Communications Manager


l Able to quickly learn every detail about a product


l Establish a workflow for responding to customer product questions and inquiries, and executing on this customer service strategy (including FAQs, a knowledgebase, etc.)


l Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively with international teammates to allow for timely responses to user inquiries, feedback and concerns


l Excellent English writing skill is required. Mandarin is a plus


l Work at U.S. hours, based in U.S. or Beijing.
