Position Overview:
The Operations Associate, Client Experience is an integral part of the operations department. This individual will be responsible for assessing project intake forms and performing specific project assignments related to the improved service and experience of Athena Health clients.Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively pull client information to identify service/system outliersResearch, identify, and solve root cause issues independentlyWork cross functionally across the operation to address service lag times and quality issuesCoordination with Managers of RPO to provide reportable metrics and other materials on a regular basisProvide Client training on athenaNet, including training billing staff and practice managers/administrators on various aspects of the collector service.Other duties as assigned by the Manager Qualifications: Excellent problem solving and investigative skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsUnderstanding of the needs of our clients and how attainment of our goals will meet those needs;Focus on quality of service as our driving principle;Understanding the business need to set and attain ever more challenging goals;Understanding of, and dedication to, continuous improvement of our processes and ourselves to support athena’s mission;Eagerness to participate in change-oriented endeavors geared toward expanding our capabilities;Willingness to vary job responsibilities as required to meet the needs of our clients;Desire to learn as much as possible about our core systems;Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint; Proficiency with Visio a plusathenahealth, Inc. is a leading provider of web-based business services for medical groups. athenahealth’s service offerings are based on proprietary web-native practice management and electronic health record (EHR) software, a continuously updated payer knowledge-base, integrated back-office service operations, and automated and live patient communication services.
