HR Administrative Asst/Receptionist - Waterville - Care & Comfort - Waterville, ME
provider of home health and mental health services has a full-time opening for
a HR Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist to work in our Waterville
branch office. This position will work
in our Human Resources Department and report to the Human Resources
Supervisor/Generalist.
Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to:
Primary contact for promptly and
professional answering and direct incoming phone calls.
Set up appointments, greet clients, and
appropriate announce arrival.
Collect co-pays when applicable.
Sort and distribute mail. Post and deliver mail. Assure appropriate mailboxes for Waterville
branch employees.
Complete and email timesheet report on a
weekly basis.
Inventory and tracking of timesheets,
clinical forms, and other company paperwork
Prepare open packets for Mental Health
and Home Health services.
Order company supplies and inventory, as
needed. Effectively communicate
with vendors and ensure receipt of orders.
Complete insurance eligibility checks
for identified clients. Communicate
with staffing and billing on checks.
Complete and email CNA in-services
report on a monthly basis.
Prepare and send staff birthday card and
anniversary letters.
Oversee fax machine/copier and
distribute forms. Communicate with
copier vendor regarding troubleshooting.
Draft documents, letters, and memos, as
requested.
Maintain company-wide employee vacation
calendar.
Data entry of various records in company
database.
Prepare new employee ID badges.
Organize, set up and represent Care
& Comfort at community events, as directed.
Complete building open and shut-down
checklist on a daily basis.
