Homeless Targeted Case Manager/Navigator - Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter - Waterville, ME
The person in this position is responsible for providing referral and support services to people in the service area who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or have the potential for reoccurrence of homelessness. Assists in coordinating services with other shelters or agencies. Obtains and maintains records and statistics, and compiles information as required.
