Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work as Compliance Manager in Legal department, you are expected to launch and promote the implementation of PR Code of Business Conduct; To deliver trainings including, on site and online training on regular basis for the Policy and other policies in the CoBC; To maintain all reporting, registries, recording and keep all filings; To prepare report to the Compliance Committee, PR Asia and PR Holding on regular basis; To conduct due diligence on third party business partners and to keep all record; To coordinate with PR Asia, PR Holding and other PR entities in carrying out compliance related projects; To carry out non-compliance investigation; To assist the VP Legal in fraud investigation such as to coordinate relevant regions and functions during the investigation and, if necessary, to help sourcing 3rd party investigators and manage their work, and to prepare investigation report which shall include findings and recommendations; To fulfill other projects & responsibilities assigned by line manager.
Desired Skills and Experience:
To consider this role, you will ideally have Bachelor degree and above, major in Law is preferred;
5+ years experience with multinationals or specialised firm (consulting firm or law firm). You should have excellent communication skills and super soft management skill. You can work under high pressure and accept to travel up to 25% of working time. Fluent English is a must
