Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working as a legal counsel, you are supposed to complete both legal and some compliance reverent job, which including help to establish and implementation internal monitoring strategy to cover all expected of business, such as ABAC, Anti-trust and HCP compliance, and provide legal advices during this process.
Actively study new law, regulation and enforcement update and timely advice local management and APAC and international team. Organize and provide relevant training as necessary. Provide legal and compliance advices to help the local management team to take action to address such new enforcement trend. Provide legal and compliance advices on daily operational matters, includes but without limitation the distributor management, contract review and negotiation, human resource issues, local clinical trails implementation, business operation, implementing anti-counterfeit efforts by working closely with business and external enforcement agents, managing patient complaint (potential litigation) managing and response to any potential external investigation. Help to implement elements of current exisiting compliance program, includes but without limitation, regular compliance training, follow up on internal investigation based on the monitoring outcome.

Desired Skills and Experience:
To consider this role, you are ideal graduated from top tier law school, has around 5 yrs legal experience in private practice or MNCs, pharma or medical devices industry experience are preferred. You should be self-motivated, has good communication skill (including English communication skill) and detail oriented
